My Practice I'm Jacklyn the owner and dietitian of Abundant Life Nutrition Counseling. I see clients in person in Bellevue, WA and virtually when requested. I'm glad you're here. It takes courage to seek out help when food has become overwhelming and has lost its joy. Whether you have a lot of unanswered questions about food or feel stuck with food, you've come to the right place. I work with clients, who struggle with disordered eating, chronic dieting, eating disorders, and gastrointenstinal disorders/concerns. Each client has different experiences around food and our time together will reflect working on goals to meet you where you're at. My Background After receiving my bachelor's in dietetics, I worked in the hospital setting as an ICU dietitian, where I expanded my medical knowledge, wrote tube feeds, conducted nutrition assessments, provided nutrition education, and learned how to walk with patients and families during one of the hardest events in their lives. From there, I began specializing in eating disorders at the residential, partial hospitalization program (PHP), and intensive outpatient program (IOP) levels. Now, you can now find me here, working to support clients in their eating disorder recovery, journey to learning intuitive eating, and managing GI concerns.
