I understand that every client has a unique experience with food and individual nutritional needs. Whether you’re dealing with fear of weight gain, body image challenges, or debilitating digestive issues, my goal is to help you get back to the life you want to live. Below are some of the most common concerns I work with at Abundant Life Nutrition Counseling.

  • Digestive Disorders

Common digestive issues seen include IBS, SIBO, gastroparesis, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, and GERD.

  • Eating Disorders

For those struggling with binge eating, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, compulsive/emotional eating, and other feeding and eating disorders.

  • Binge Eating Disorder

I have continued to specialize in binge eating disorder, which is the most common eating disorder but often goes unspoken due to the stigma and shame surrounding it. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help, and my goal is to provide a judgment-free space where you can explore why these behaviors started and work toward enjoying food again.

  • Disordered Eating

For clients who feel like thoughts about food and their bodies are taking up more mental space than they’d like it to. While there might not be a diagnosis of an eating disorder, clients often report a similar amount of distress around food.

  • Women's Health
